Circa Resort & Casino opened in October 2020 as Downtown Las Vegas's first ground-up megaresort in four decades. Brothers Derek and Greg Stevens, who also own the D Las Vegas and the Golden Gate next door, developed the 35-story tower on Fremont Street. 777 rooms, all adults-only (21+). The sportsbook spans three stories and is the largest in the world — 1,000 seats, a 78-million-pixel screen, and a radio booth that broadcasts to Vegas Stats & Information Network. Stadium Swim, the six-pool outdoor sports-viewing amphitheater, stays open year-round and has redefined Downtown pool options. Anchored by classic Vegas service tropes — free valet (rare on the Strip today), full-service table games, and a sportsbook-first operation. Easier and cheaper to gamble than anywhere on the Strip.
