Vdara opened in 2009 alongside Aria as the all-suite, non-gaming, non-smoking component of the CityCenter development. The 57-story curved tower holds 1,495 suites, each with a kitchenette, a washer-dryer, and dining space — features aimed squarely at longer-stay travelers, relocating executives, and wedding parties that want a resort setup without a casino floor. Sharing ownership with Aria and connected via an enclosed walkway to both Aria and Bellagio, Vdara functions as the quiet operational cousin of a very noisy Strip block. There is no gambling on property. The pool deck is heated and open year-round.
