About Bacchanal Buffet
Bacchanal Buffet opened at Caesars Palace in 2012 and reset what a Strip buffet was supposed to be. The 25,000-square-foot space was designed by Los Angeles firm SOSA Design with a terraced floor plan that breaks the typical warehouse-buffet footprint into distinct dining rooms. Nine open kitchens handle American, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, seafood, wood-fired pizza, carving, and dessert. More than 500 dishes rotate through service, with the majority cooked to order when you ask. Crab legs and shrimp are served chilled and steamed on the seafood line. Reservations essential (no walk-ins most nights). Brunch and dinner differ meaningfully in price and menu; dinner adds the steakhouse and seafood programs. Line moves fastest just before service changeover.
