About Restaurant Guy Savoy
Restaurant Guy Savoy opened at Caesars Palace in 2006 as the first U.S. outpost of the Paris three-star. The Vegas restaurant holds two Michelin stars — the Vegas property caps at two by the guide's published rubric — and has run continuously since with chef Julien Asseo leading the kitchen in recent years. The 72-seat dining room is the only room at Caesars Palace with windows facing the central Forum Shops atrium, a deliberate design choice by Savoy to place dinner inside the casino's public theater. The signature artichoke-and-black-truffle soup — served with a brioche specifically baked to dip — has been on the menu since opening day. Tasting menus run 5 to 10 courses. Reservations essential. Jacket preferred.
