About Joël Robuchon
Joël Robuchon at MGM Grand opened in 2005 and has held three Michelin stars continuously since the Michelin guide first covered Las Vegas in 2008, making it the city's only three-star restaurant. The late Joël Robuchon — the most-starred chef in Michelin history — designed the tasting menu personally; current chef Christophe De Lellis has carried it forward with minimal alteration since Robuchon's 2018 death. The room seats 58 in a gold-and-purple formal dining room with a custom Bernardaud porcelain program. The tasting menu runs 10 to 16 courses, depending on selection; the signature puree of potato (Pomme Purée Robuchon) is essentially 50% butter by weight. Reservations are mandatory and often require 30-day lead time. Closed Sunday and Monday. Jacket preferred but not enforced.
