About Hash House A Go Go
Hash House A Go Go launched in San Diego in 2000 and expanded to Las Vegas in 2007. The Vegas location inside The Linq (formerly at Imperial Palace before the rebrand) runs 24 hours and is the most visible of the brand's Vegas-area restaurants. The menu is the template the brand made famous: oversized American breakfast plates stacked impossibly tall, pancakes the size of a small hubcap, and "stuffed" sage-fried chicken benedict on farmhouse biscuit. Portions are explicitly designed as two meals for one person. Expect a wait for weekend brunch. The 24-hour format makes it a convenient post-club or pre-flight stop that doesn't carry the resort-coffee-shop premium.
