About The Palazzo at The Venetian

The Palazzo opened in January 2008 as Sheldon Adelson's expansion of the Venetian concept, adding 3,068 all-suite rooms on the north end of the combined complex. The tower was briefly the largest single hotel building in the world by room count before losing the title as resorts added towers elsewhere. Entry-level suites run 720 square feet with a similar sunken-living-room layout to the Venetian next door. The Palazzo's restaurant row — Sushisamba, Morels, Carnevino through its previous life — has rotated tenants multiple times, and the current mix reflects Apollo's 2021 ownership. Operationally joined at the hip to the Venetian: single check-in lobby, shared casino, shared pool deck, shared mall. Book the Palazzo for the newer room stock; book the Venetian for the more-photographed public spaces.
